Homebound: Eligible patrons who are confined to their homes can receive monthly visits by an Outreach staff member. To be eligible, a patron must: reside within the library service area; be unable to get to a fixed library facility due to health/disability; and have no other means of receiving library service (such as delivery through family members or friends). Materials available for delivery include: books (including large type), audiobooks (all formats), music CDs, and VHS video tapes (DVD videos not available to homebound patrons). A homebound patron's library card will be kept at the library to allow Outreach staff to check out materials. Patrons interested in this program may call the library to set up an initial interview (on site or over the phone) to establish eligibility and areas of interest in materials. Homebound service may be discontinued or modified for safety reasons or if the purpose for the service is not being met.

Adult Care Facilities: Patrons in adult care facilities in the library's service area are served monthly by Outreach staff. This service may include programming as well as book delivery.

Schools/Pre-school Centers: Programs (such as book talks) are provided to schools within the library's service area when staffing permits. Any school or pre-school interested in programming or book delivery should contact the library to discuss needs. The availability of resources will determine the extent of this outreach service.
